Prayer Request
Pray for Our Kenyan Brothers and Sisters
Since the recent Presidential Elections on December 27, Kenya has experienced riots and unrest throughout the country. Neighbors have attacked neighbors throughout Kenya and demonstrators have clashed with police in Nairobi and elsewhere.
Our churches have been affected throughout the country, especially in the west. Houses have been burned with everything in them. Many families have been displaced and are in need medicines, food, clothing, mosquito nets and shelter.
Please pray for a peaceful resolution to this complicated conflict.
“First of all, then, I urge that supplications, prayers, intercessions, and thanksgivings be made for all people, for kings and all who are in high positions, that we may lead a peaceful and quiet life, godly and dignified in every way. This is good, and it is pleasing in the sight of God our Savior, who desires all people to be saved and to come to the knowledge of the truth.” (1 Tim 2:1-4 ESV)
