In Estonia we need your prayers. Just before the episcopal visitation by Bishop Craig Bates (Nov 16-19), we were told of a 10 percent heating price increase - last October it went up 100 percent!!! It is all due to the rise in the price of oil. So, within 13 months our heating bills are 60 percent higher than they were before last September!!!!
